On 15 April, the outcome document of the BAPA+40 in Buenos Aires has been adopted in the General Assembly by the representatives of 160 countries. This outcome document calls for enhanced collaboration against the backdrop of resource constraints and a shifting geopolitical landscape to promote the role of South-South and triangular cooperation in the realization of the Agenda 2030
